This practice does not care about the children, but only lining their pockets. truly a far cry from what this practice used to be.
These idiots couldn't grasp the fact that there was a name change. They kept saying "we can't see her because she has a new name and the bills will get rejected." My wife and I reminded them the health insurance is aware of the situation and will pay out the claims.
Long story short we were forced out of this practice by the terrible administration and even the health care providers who did nothing to retain her as a patient. As a paramedic this makes me sad, especially since our daughter was a premie and requires frequent visits.
We love the doctors and staff here! They love people and family and kids and it shows!
The doctors were so so, office staff incompetent at best. However these moron's revealed how little they care about their patients over the past, mind you whom are children. My fiance and I got married and thus changed her names and my daughters.
I would give these Turd sandwiches a 0 star if I could. i choose this practice from the good experience I had with them during a externship during paramedic school back in 2006. I assumed these guys were still a decent practice in 2013 when we had a first child.
We changed ours daughters name of the health insurance and provided the lazy practice with an updated card. According to the Genius's at their cooperate office it wasn't going to be a problem. However after physically going to the bel air office, we were advised "she couldn't be seen"
Both offices lack separate well/sick waiting areas. I don't appreciate the exposure of newborns (or anyone) to sick children. Ridiculous.
I’m always able to get in for a sick appointment right away! They doctors are caring and I rarely have to wait over for our appointment!
