Unfortunately, it was an overall poor experiance at Spine and Pain. I really wanted to feel comfortable there as I live close by however a longer drive is well worth it to avoid the headaches this office causes. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This office is geared towards increasing their profit and moving patients in.and out as quickly as possible. Which may not be too bad if it meant us patients were in and out of the office promptly as well.
Extremely inefficient and poorly run office. In the office for an hour, up to 2.5 hours each visit with 99% of that time waiting. The billing office is uneducated in Medicare billing as well. Absolutely double check the co-pays before writing the check!
Dr Schneider started out to be a well informed provider who quickly turned into one of those pain providers who would rather get a patient bstuck on medications then offer due diligence in finding other options to treat pain or find it's cause.
Steer clear of Nurse Heiderman as well, extremely ill informed and unable to work with rare disease or complex patients.
