Wish I would had read his reviews didn't like him at all...so rude!! Would not recommend!!
I was having alot of migraines and had already had my deviated septum fixed. Every time the weather changed or it was very windy i would get migraines. Dr. Clayton completely understood what i was saying. Other ENTs kept telling me it was allergies. In 2011, Dr. Clayton did sinus surgery to open my nasal passages and my migraines have almost been eliminated. He was wonderful! In 2013, he had to put tubes in my 1 year old son's ears for fluid that wasn't draining and cause hearing loss. He had the best bedside manner with my son and my family. We have seen him numerous times since for follow ups and would recommend him anyday. His front desk staff is always very helpful and knows who you are just from calling. Great doctor!
I first went to Clayton in June 2014 for a deviated septum. I have gone to see him approximately 2 more times for continuing sinus problems. I found him very personable when I first met him and he is personable. HOWEVER, I found that everytime I went to see him to explain what my symptoms were he was VERY VERY condescending. I tried to explain the sinus pressure in my head and fluid in my head and he told me "sinus is in the front of face" not in head. I was trying to explain about sinus headaches and he basically told me he didnt know what I meant. I went yesterday for sinus infection and he began to put tweezers of some kind up my nose and I tensed up because I had never had that before and he made fun of me by saying "I haven't even done anything yet!". He made me feel like I was stupid. I have never had a doctor treat me like this ever. I plan to get my records from him and find a new ENT. I also plan to tell him WHY I will not be coming back to him ever or recommend him to anyone. He seems nice on the outside but was the most condesending doctor I have ever had. He is NOT the right doctor for me.
Wow !How rude. Just got back from from my first appointment. Wish I would have read the review that said he was so condescending because he really is . He is so unprofessional to his patients. Save your time and don't use this doctor as he will insult you.
