The Dr’s them self are great! It’s the ONE girl behind the desk/ assisting that is SUPER annoying! Every time I call I get an attitude from her, and she feels that she needs to keep calling people "Hun"; even when they are older than she is. I even had this same girl make a comment about my foot condition (that they were a “hot mess”). I have also heard this same girl talk about patient’s names being strange/ odd and hard to pronounce. This girl and another where making fun and complaining about it; as I was paying my copay. So I know that patients FULL name which goes against the patient confidentiality laws. The girl is rude and very unprofessional. I have called and made a complaint once. I shouldn’t have to do it again. I say fire the girl asap!
Dr. Schultheiss is competent. Didn't need to do an X-ray for diagnosis and the diagnosis was verified by a 2nd opinion and their X-ray. The only facility in the tri-state area with Joint Commission Ambulatory authorization. Paperwork done quickly.
