Dr. Nasser and the staff have been nothing short of perfect! Dr. Nasser has taken the time to speak with me, regarding my condition as well as treatment options. The staff has been extremely courteous and pleasant! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice!
I saw Dr. Park for GERD and other GI issues. During the office visit he did not bother to examine me but immediately recommended colonoscopy and endoscopy which I had done in his outpatient center. He told me the results were basically normal with a small hiatal hernia which did not account for the severity of my symptoms. He got irritated when I asked what to do and he said keep taking the medicine or try a different one. No prescription, nothing. I will not be following up with this doctor or practice again.
This guy will throw you on the endoscopy and colonoscopy assembly line without even bothering to hear out your symptoms. If everything comes back normal, it's IBS with a "congratulations and good luck with that." He gets visibly irritated if you dare to ask a question, although, he won't be looking at you--he'll be looking at the computer. The entire time.
