Absolutely impossible to reach anyone on the phone in a reasonable amount of time to make an appointment or have any questions answered.
Because of having my time completely wasted, now I have to start the referral process from scratch again with my primary care physician.

The practice itself is good. Prior at the front desk are wonderful and very polite. The waiting is long so be prepared. I had an appointment at 12pm I finally saw the doctor at 12:45. She spend total of 5 minutes with me. But ladies at the check out were really nice and quick. Doctor Gao is ok. I felt like the appointment was rushed. But overall it was ok.
Have literally spent (at least) an hour and a half on hold stretched across multiple calls because I just cannot wait on hold indefinitely. They do NOT have a call back feature, either, so leaving a message for callback is also out of the question. Seriously, in what world is it reasonable to expect clients to wait on the phone for 30 minutes or more to talk to someone? Ridiculous.
I’ve had such a great experience with this practice - especially Dr. Nasser. Had my colonoscopy and endoscopy done by him and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good and caring GI Doctor.
If you value your time in any way, I cannot recommend enough seeking alternatives to this practice.
