Dr. Adams and her nurse are outstanding. Dr. Adams is down to earth and very thorough and she listens. I feel she makes the most of the appt. I didn't give 5 stars because I had to get blood work done there and the phlebotomist butchered my arm. Never had a worse blood draw.
Most of my visits were great at first. She was personable and empathetic. During my last visit(2015) she was uncaring and in a rush to go to lunch. She actually left out of the room while I was still talking. Before leaving the room she stated that she thought this was going to be an easy visit and was not expecting all of my concerns( follow-up). I felt dismissed and that I was wasting her time. She also never went over my abnormal lab results that were sent in the mail. The letter stated that my physician would go over them but she didn't. It is so hard to find caring physicians and I will never return. Patients deserve to be treated like they matter and are in good hands.
