They have always helped us, especially with emergent problems. They don't "Find Problems" and increase your bill unnecessarily. Honest and helpful.

Terrible, very dishonest, they changed my title. They stole my Ford Taurus. Kept lying telling you me I could pick it up. Never got car back. Redneck unprofessional, wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Owner is a liar and thief. Taking him to court. I am not the first to have bad experience. They overcharge, they should be put out of business.

I don't know where the one-star review is coming from. For some reason I can't see it. In any case, I have been taking my cars to Taurus for years and have always found them to be reasonable and honest. I've never felt that they were over charging or misinforming me. We consider them to be our family mechanic.
There was no problem towing the car when it was a fresh repair. Now that they have his money he can’t get them to come get the car.
Do not take your car to this place! They took advantage of my 85 year old father. His car stopped running and he had the car towed to Taurus Auto to have it repaired. They kept the car for over three weeks and refused to provide any updates. They finally called to say the car was ready and charged him $400. He had the car for less than a day before it stopped running. He called Taurus to let them know. They assured him they would come get the car and make the necessary repairs. That was a month ago and they still haven’t come to get the car. He has called them every day and each time he is given an excuse as to why they aren’t able to come tow the car.
