They are always helpful and do the best work on any car I have ever had and when I can't afford to get a cat loaner they provide me something for free that is one in a million service.
Additionally, after picking up my car my hood latch is broken. It was not broken prior to having my car fixed with this mechanic. I now have to pay to get the latch of my hood fixed, which is in addition to all of the money I've already spent to get my car "fixed."
The guys here are awesome. I do 99% of my own wrenching, but whenever I need tires, an alignment, or a state inspection, they're my go to. Fast and friendly service with no funny business. Highly recommended!
2004 sienna power sliding door was stuck not properly working. I took it to the most well known dealer in the area and they said I needed a whole new system $2200. I called Charlie and he said come in and I'll look at it. 15 minutes later her brought it back to me fully fuctional. He cleaned and sprayed the track with lithium grease and said, "come back when you need me." I can't recommend Charlie and his shop enough. These are the types of people we need in this world! I'll be recommending Charlie to everyone.
I'm a Volkswagen owner. An '03 Jetta to be exact. Great cars, pricey repairs. I can't thank them enough for what they've done for me. The amount of work they put in (and of course the money I had to spend) was definitely well worth the wait. I went to other mechanic shops beforehand and they couldn't figure out what the issue was but, with the expert that they have, they were able to diagnose the whole thing and simply say "we have good news. We figured out the problem". Nothing is more satisfying than hearing these words. Yes, you cringe at the details of what needs done but, I just simply don't regret it one bit to have my car brought to them. I do, however, regret not coming to them first. For now on, Bearsch's Auto Center is my 'Go To' and I recommend them to everyone in Harford County
Please save yourself time and money by going to a mechanic who genuinely knows what they're doing. I will never go back to this establishment and DO NOT recommend it.
Awful experience. Unfortunately, after paying a hefty price to get my car "fixed," I am still having the same problem. The first time I tried picking my car up after having it "fixed" I couldn't even drive it off the lot! So they looked at it again I drove it home and within 24 hours I was having the same issue. Don't waste your money here as on top of my other repairs they were unable to fix something as simple as my door panel. To "fix" the panel they merely placed two clips at the top, although it is not sealed and exposes the inside wires. It is still hanging off and looks as though someone with no knowledge of cars fixed it.
