Everyone was very nice however slightly unsatisfied with our overall experience. Had an appointment to see a car, drove over an hour only to find out they sold the car the night before. No one contacted us to tell us it had sold. In an attempt to make our drive worth it the dealership was trying to show us other cars, the wait time for each car was very long and seemed unorganized. As I noted above, the staff was extremely nice it would have just been nice to have been told the car had been sold before we drove an hour to see it.

It was amazing. We walked out with a nice new SUV!! It was a little bit of a wait while they were doing our credit and checking with the banks what we can get but they made it work and for less then we thought it would for! They kept us updated while we waited and Floyd was exceptionally nice!
