First, buying a car from them was a pleasant enough experience. I ended up with the car I wanted at a price point I'm pleases with. The bad part of the review comes with the rental car I was giving while my new car was getting after market service. The rental car is the most disgusting car I ever received. In fact, it was so bad when my husband and I got it home we both showered. We felt something biting us both!!!!! If that's not gross enough, I woke up this morning with a swollen ankle from whatever it is that bit me in the car. I don't even want to have to drive this car back to pick up my car. Again, the service and people are friendly. The fact I gave low stars is because of this rental car. GROSS!!!! If I ever need another rental from them I will NOT settle for another one like this.
