I just purchased a 2018 X3 on 11/22/17. My sales associate was Tyler Lanham. Tyler was recommended to me from Jim Guilette. Jim was my service advisor for years at BMW of Towson before he was promoted to Service Manager of Bel Air. Jim knows my personality and I believe he made an ideal recommendation when he referred me to Tyler. Tyler was wonderful through the entire process, including test drives, ordering and answering a plethora of questions. Because the new 2018 X3's were delayed this year, it took a little longer than usual to purchase the vehicle. Pricing wasn't even available when I first met with Tyler but he provided me with as much information on the features as he could possibly gather, as well as, explaining each and answering all my questions. He always did his homework before meeting with me and was well prepared each time with all details needed. He spent hours with me. As soon as pricing was available, Tyler contacted me and I came in to order the vehicle. When I arrived, he had all the color choices laid out on the table and all the documents printed out ready for my review. There were a few snags (not because of Tyler) along the process but Tyler was always patient and his comments were always kind and gracious. As a customer, I truly felt that Tyler cared - which is a huge personality trait in a car salesman. In short, I trusted Tyler (as I do Jim) and, as you know, trust is earned. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had reasons to contact Tyler and he still is just as helpful as before. Tyler was professional, gracious, personable, eager to assist, friendly, kind, and a true pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend him to the next person I know that will be purchasing a BMW.
