Jones Junction provides the best customer services and experience that I have encountered. This excellent customer service started and ended with an employee by the name of Paul Newman. He such a great communicator and a great listener. During my time with him it as all about what I wanted and needed. He bent over backwards but at the same time was upfront and honest with me. I appreciate the service he provided and will be going back to Jones Junction for my next purchase!
The overall experience was pretty good but the reason for five stars is some of the staff. Particularly Paul Newman! He was such a pleasure to work with. He vastly improved my car buying experience. Any future vehicle I buy will also be through him. He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend him to any person looking to buy here.
Love the staff and love the service! Have used the service department twice when in town and both times, it was a great experience! Easy to get an appointment, very knowledgeable staff, and quick turns on the service. Work was well done and limited to the requirement! Paul Newman was especially helpful in assisting with appointment scheduling and answering questions about car specs, service choices, maintenance history, and replacement options. When I replace my current ride, he's a sales person I'll trust to work hard to find me the right car at a fair price. Kudos to him and to the entire Service Department!
I love my new car! The car is so safe, roomy and perfect for my growing family. It rides so smoothly. The Jones Junction staff was great with helping me and my family get our new car. Greg and Luis both were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were both so polite, attentive and answered all our questions. From the moment I stepped out of my car, the sales staff at Jones Junction was right on top of things doing an A+ job. I would recommend them and refer all my friends to them!
I would recommend Jones Junction to everyone. Jennifer was really amazing and nice and help me throughout the whole process even before I walked in through those doors. Everyone is very friendly there. I got financed quickly and at good rates for my car to be a new 2017 Hyundai. Chip is one of the best at financing. I wasn’t there long at all, mainly because Jennifer and I were talking before I had came in and she checked on me every step of the way. She made sure my car was good and cleaned, filled up with gas, showed me my features and everything. My experience was the best here and the package deals that they have along with the cars are also awesome. If you looking for a new or even a used car Jones Junction is the place to go!!
