Can I give less than 1 star? They don't honor their warranty, so be careful if a used car is what you are looking for. They gave me the runaround for 3 weeks on repairs that needed to be made. Then, they kept my car for almost a week when I brought it in for repair. After having my car for all of that time, they refused to make most of the repairs. The car rattled from day one, the moon roof didn't work properly, and the rear defroster didn't work. Can't wait to see what the next few months bring. I guess their profits outweigh my hard earned dollars. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Oh, and I used USAA car buying service...Great way to treat families of our veterans, Jones Subaru!!!
Went into get some information on a new car and I was helped by LJ. He was very knowledgeable and showed me around. I did not buy this time but I will be back. Great info and great salesperson
This has been the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I was in and out in under four hours. Our salesman Jacob Ruff was great to deal with and awesome with our eight year old. The finance team worked out an awesome deal for us too. I would recommend this dealership to everybody.
Love my Crosstrec. It's great for everything. Has just the right amount of space and it's a smooth ride. When we purchased it at Jones it was a NO HASSLE event. They helped us find the one we wanted at another dealer and had it transferred to their dealership. Service has been great. I have had it a year and am enjoying being a first time Subaru owner.
