I purchased my used car from Justin Brown at Bob Bell. The whole process was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and didn't make me feel pressured to buy (Plus he's easy on the eyes.) The whole sales floor including the managers and finance department are friendly and professional. Each time I entered the showroom, I was welcomed by an employee opening the door for me. I will be back to see Justin for the purchase of my next vehicle for sure!
Robert Schenck was my salesman. He was awesome! Never put any pressure on me to buy and did everything he could to make me happy. Called me to make sure I was still happy after purchase of my truck. I had leather seats put in my truck and Robert was there every step of the way to make sure they were done after the sale. Ask for Robert when you go.

I'm in the business so tend to be hyper critical of salespeople. I can tell you Deven is an excellent salesperson and an asset the the Bob Bell team. I was very impressed with his quick replies to any questions. He also had no problem cancelling date night and coming in late on Friday to accommodate my schedule. The Sales and Finance Managers also worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted without any pressure. This was an excellent experience overall!
UPDATE After reading this review Carol from the service department called and honored the free oil change.
STAY AWAY! I Just don't like being lied to. Leased a new Chev Malibu May 23 2016 with a two year Bell Care Program. The program states free oil changes and tire rotations for two years or 24,000 miles. Called for appointment and was told I would be charged $49.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. Told Donna about the program and she told me only covers two oil changes. Told her I already had 3 free oil changes so she couldn't be correct. I now have 19,800 miles and 18 months on the car and due my last free oil change. They won,t even honor their own Bell Care Program
