The cashiers dont pay mind to customers! I tried asking a question twice and they were to busy on their phones and having conversations with each other.. That inwas totally IGNORED..
Other than that the VETCO Clinic was great even thought it was a long line it went super Fast and smooth!
Nice pet store if you ignore the fish. Previous experience with fish and snails dead within days. This last time, too many dead or dying fish to take a chance. Easily almost a dozen in one tank alone and employees blissfully claiming their fish were healthy.
Several of my routine visits were lacking due to a lack of staffing, which I see is a VERY common complaint on here. The staff I have encountered had little to no sense of urgency when it came to ringing me up and getting me out the door. For that, I would have given the store no more than 2 stars. But, because of just ONE individual, a young lady named AUSTIN, I will bump that up to 4. She has more customer service skills than any of the managers do, and a much warmer, more approachable manner. I had to make the difficult decision of surrendering our guinea pigs due to our severe allergies to them, and she made the process much more bearable, assuring me that our guineas would be in great hands and adopted out to a good home. Great thanks to AUSTIN. She is an asset, and some of the other employees (including managers) could take some pointers from her upbeat, positive approach.
Grooming job terrible. My dogs are Maltese and they cut ears very short as well as lower face and tail. Looks terrible. Also raised prices some last grooming ant made aware until after service. Did not put collars back and had to make extra trip back. Never again☹
Veary helpful and great store and I will keep coming back to buy pets from them and all my reptil stuff great rewards on stuff and Veary good deals on there reptiles
