Heather, the dog groomer, is amazing. She is extremely caring, patient, and wants absolutely nothing else but for you and your dog to be 100% satisfied. She went through a lot to help out puppy be comfortable in the grooming area. Store is great and staff is even better. Will never go anywhere else.
Bathtubs and whole store is very clean and organized top grade food they have someone there cleaning the tubs after each use, the shampoo is free with the bathing experience you pay a small fee to use the large bathing tubs and they have a groomer on site, my pets love the food here and their coats look and feel amazing as a result. My pets are always super excited when i break their food out. Great place to get pet supplies if your pet is truly a part of your family!! They also have really neat events every once in a while and sales at the shop
Great place for all of your pet needs! You can bring your pet in to wash yourself or have an employee do it for you! They also trim nails and express anal glands (my dog needs this every couple months) -everyone is very friendly and if you want to adopt a kitty they always have at least one friendly furrball to take home! Mommy bought me this pretty sweater from Pet Nirvana and I love it because it is sooo warm!
The store seems neat and clean but I refuse to shop there due to a complete lack of customer service. I have walked in multiple times and been completely ignored by the front desk staff. If I had walked in and they greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything maybe I would be more inclined to buy things.
The service and personalized attention I have received from Carrie and her staff has been exemplary. From the healthy food and treats selection to the grooming services, everything has been top-notch! Never have I been to the store and been ignored as another review suggested. I was hesitant to visit at first for fear of $$$$. But after the first visit I really zed there was something for everyone $-$$$!
