This store has the worst customer service. They’ve given me nasty attitudes every single time I return something. In a rude manner, they ask me “why do I buy stuff online without coming to the store to try it on” and that it just gives them unnecessary, extra work. Did they ever stop to think that maybe their store doesn’t have every item in every size that I need? Do they not realize this is the 21st century and people prefer the convenience of online shopping and trying clothes on at home? The staff there are despicably discourteous to their customers.
I will never return to this store again. The customer service, or lack thereof is always atrocious. If you like TCP, shop online and save yourself the headache .
