Absolutely deplorable. The people that run this location have no idea what they are doing, and are incredibly unprofessional.
So my husband goes to this Bel Air location and had a horrible experience! and it all had to with ONE person and I'm sorry I don't know him by name but basically he's an older man. He has zero people skills and doesn't truly care about customers and their needs. My husband was about to pay @$300 (obviously that wasn't enough money) for a few items for his company Christmas party BUT this man came along and just basically told the other salesman that he "needed to hurry it up so they he can do some scanning in the back" it wasn't that he said it , it was the way he said it! so basically my husband left without buying anything, when your paying that much money you shouldn't have to feel rushed....I'm surprised that man would be able to be anywhere near customers. Save your money go somewhere you won't have to deal with a company that would employ a associates that treat you like you don't matter. It wasn't just my husband! my neighbors also had to deal with him!! My neighbors left utterly disgusted and knew they would NEVER be back!! Because of the same man, he needs to find a job where he is nowhere near around the public.
They are in the process of a remodel. The staff are very knowledgeable of their items that they sell. Husband had clothing from home that needed to be altered and Jos A Bank did do the work and it was great.
Wouldn't recommend this location but I can't speak for any others as I won't be risking a repeat of my experience at any other locations!! Took 3 visits for them to get the right order in. It's ABUNDANTLY obvious they're commission based....don't expect help if your salesman's not working
The style consultants are knowledgeable and honest every time my husband goes in or when I pick up a gift there by myself. They have great sales and good quality garments. Love them!
