Really like this Company and theie prices. Everything from apparel to sports equipment. Staff are always helpful. One day last week needed something for my wife and the only piece left was on the mannequin. I asked an associate if i could get this one, he said sure... expecting he would get it for me... i learned the arms of the mannequins are magnetically attached [rather than peg and socket? OK it has been a few years since i have undressed a mannequin]
Staff was friendly and helpful, merchandise was well organized and even the clearance racks weren't a mess. Got in, got what I needed, and got out quickly. Plenty of parking to boot.
Not as deep of an inventory as other Dick's. Often what is noted as available via the app not in stock which is frustrating. Overall clean store and get customer service.
Not one employee spoke to me in the store. After I found golf shoes and measured my son and got his size we went to pay. The signs on the display was wrong and these shoes were almost twice the posted price. I had the transaction canceled...still no apology or offer of help from an employee. We found acceptable shoes at the right price and had to say, "excuse me" to the employees who were playing/socializing in the already too small exit area. If there had been someplace else local to buy golf shoes, I would never enter Dick's again.
Store carries a wide variety of products. Store is well laid out and very clean. Easy to find what you are looking for. Associates are very helpful and friendly.
