Cute clothes, can usually find some clothes on sale or for pretty cheap. But the employees are not the nicest. Some like Devin seem a little stuck up and it's been on more than one occasion.
I love the store and the merch, but the employees make it a pain to shop there. I have had only one actually seem to care and not act stuck up and she usually isn't working when I stop by. Most times I walk in, the employees are busy goofing off and giggling and it is difficult to get help when needed. They play with the clothes and I have seen them huddle in a single corner of the store talking while customers are there. It comes off clique-y and unprofessional. And lastly, when I do get help or go to check out, they speak to me as if I am intruding on their whole day. Very rude and disrespectful.
I love the clothing & prices but the at Bel Air Charlotte Russe almost all the employees are rude and act very low-life. It makes me not want to go there even though I love Charlotte Russe. Please get better employees !!
