Consistent chain food. Service when busy is seriously hindered. Great deals for happy hour and the specials are usually good and well priced.
Keep going back for the crab pizza but we have never had good service! The hostess didn't greet us, just looked at us, left it up to us to tell her 2 fir dinner. I actually looked around to see if a "seat yourself" sign was up. Took 25 minutes to get 2 appetizers & it was not busy at all! Disappointed again.
Food is really good, and beer menu not bad for a chain. But seating ambiance is too "open" for my taste. Booths are cozy/great and have tvs, but tables feel like you're in the middle of a too bright room.
Was looking for a place for a bit to eat. This was perfect; it was happy hour, appetizers were half off. Crab dip with pretzels was a perfect choice. Savannah was a great waitress.
While are food was delicious and hot. Sadly the service was terrible; had it been busy I would have understood. Hope the service is just a growing pain. Will probably try again sometime.
