Fast food? Food may be of fast food quality but the service is slow. Now on 20+ minutes and I just got to place my order.
This place was not clean at all. Only one worker was wearing gloves to handle food. I watched as another grill worker placed buns in the warmer, put cheese on sandwiches, dropped fries and tenders into the fryer, back and forth - wiping his hands on his pants and back to touching food - without washing his hands nor wearing any gloves.
Seeing this, I didn't order any food and I won't be going back to this place. On my way out, I noticed the trash overflowing and the dining area needed much attention.
Gross.
The diner room is a whole other problem. I came in at lunch time and it looked like an AARP meeting.
Not only that but they will not remember your order. All bags seem to get placed on the counter and you kinda just have to figure out which meal actually belongs to you.
But it's a Wendy's..
I've once watched a manager break the spigot on the ice tea machine and frantically attempt to plug it. His staff nonchalantly walked by him glancing over with no emotion. This went on for several minutes while my friend and I were forced to watch while waiting for our food. It didn't help that the ice tea was directly behind the front counter.
Just don't bother with this place. There is a Wawa across the street.
They can be slow and kind of expensive for what you get.
This place just straight up sucks. It takes so long to actually receive your order you couldn't justify this being fast food. I ordered only a frosty (which takes about 1 minute to prepare) I waited 15 minutes.
It's a Wendy's.
Always great service. Very friendly. Work hard to make the customer happy
One thing I will say is that the drive through is actually very efficient. This part of the restaurant actually works and very well. I'm not sure if they funnel all their attention to this part but this is on par with all other fast food chains. The cashier is also a very sweet woman.
