It angers me greatly that Applebee's traced my phone and email. I will NEVER patronize them again.
Well I came in from Florida to see my brother for the first time in a long time and it was nice to to be able to have a conversation without having to worry about when my food or drinks were coming. I also enjoyed having a bar tender that was on top of things. Service was extremely quick and the food was delicious!!
The food is pretty good for a national chain. They have friendly service, usually. Nothing spectacular, but a solid and affordable place to grab dinner.
Absolutely horrible customer service. My family and I got sat quickly. We were sat at 9:15 pm, two servers walked past our table multiple times and never once asked us if we had been helped. At 9:33pm we got up and walked out and went to chili's were we were greeted by our server within 2 minutes after sitting down. We hadn't been to Applebees in about a year due to poor customer service and thought we'd give it another chance, we won't be returning ever again.
Terrible experience. Slow service followed by wrong order and burnt food. Couldn't eat it. Manager was unapologetic. Everything was dirty. Won't be back.
