this chipotle has been very disappointing.. I use to LOVE it but lately they really have done down hill. Messing up orders consistently and I haven't had warm food from them in a good while. Tonight I finally broke and I can't go back..
Today I waited in like about an hour. It was ridiculous. Workers were talking and laughing and not doing their job, very unprofessional. I heard workers arguing over the line. By the time j sat down to eat my food was cold. Very annoyed. Simply not going back.
We love Chipotle. Their food is delicious and all-natural. It's hard to find anything close to as good at the same price. This location does sometimes have slow service.
First, I'll say that I love, love, love Chipotle. But, for some reason, every time I go to this location, they mess up my burrito. The tortilla bursts open, and they always attempt to just dump the contents of the poorly wrapped burrito into another one. Disgusting! It looks like slop when you do that people! And besides, half the guacamole that I'm going to pay 2.15 extra for is stuck to the burrito that you just dumped the contents out of. Just make another one. It just ruins the whole experience. Too bad too because this location is the closest to my house.
Went there last night and with as much staff as they had, there were 5-7 of us waiting just to pay for our food. The little girl working the register was constantly leaving to check on the online orders in the back. Which is somewhat understandable but I would think someone else could have done it considering how long the line was and how cold the food got just sitting there on the counter wrapped up and waiting to be bagged. Then she had the audacity to carry on a conversation with some boy she knew/found attractive. Surely, late night rush with over 20 people in line isn't the time to carry on personal conversations? Appalling.
