Horrible service, treated horible, there were rude to us and we are returning customers
I had just gotten off of work, so I didn't look my best. Not only was I greated right away, the sales clerks were happy to help & even came up w/ a better design, for my piece of jewelry, that I wanted to update. I was very happy w/ the service received.
Thank you "Vickie" and "Zales" for dropping the ball on this one! My advice to any prospective customer is that if this is a special occasion, or if you expect to receive exactly what you ordered, go elseware! Joe Kreppel
Absolutely horrible! We are past, present, and unfortunately will not be future customers of Zales. We ordered a necklace for our daughters graduation gift in person at this location, well in advance of the expected date. Not only did they ship the wrong item, "Vickie" our sales associate stated " sorry human error" and could not rectify in time for this special occasion, which left us scrambling to find a replacement within 3 days.
It was great the sale person was nice and very helpful.
