The best Jewelry store ever! My husband Don and I have bought our wedding rings and so many other pieces since in the last 4 yrs. The service is amazing! ALWAYS friendly, professional, attentive, and very easy to talk to and deal with! We unfortunately went to that horrible place next door that rhymes with DAYS! They can use a K to kiss my @#$! We will never stray again! Littmans for "our" Lifetime! ( If you use that in a commercial we want some credit please!) You are all AWESOME! Thank you! Lynn & Don Moore.
My fiance bought my engagement ring from this Littmans. I took it in to have the inspection done. The inspections are done every 6 months. It was sent over to JM Jewelers. The first time I got it back, it was missing a diamond in the band. So they sent it right back and had the diamond replaced. However, when the ring came back it had scuff marks, the finish was horrible, the diamond they put in was too large for the band. Looking at it from a distance it was bad. Looking at it with a loop if was horrible. Tanner, Littmans in store jeweler, is back! When I took the ring back he told me that he couldn't fix it enough to make it right. Which broke my heart, but he did get Littmans to outright replace my ring. Which does make it right for me. The sales personnel are all awesome. It's a nice store and they have great sales. Just make sure that when you have work done, that it's done in store and not sent to JM Jewelers. Which is right outside the mall across the street from Silver Spring Mining Company.
UPON MY MOTHER’S PASSING, my father gave me my mother’s 75 year old wedding ring with three small stones in it. The first thing I asked Littman’s to do was to check all the stones and, after being assured the ring was in great shape, I asked them to size it. Not only did they lose 2 of the 3 stones, they did not have the decency to return my calls day after day to see what they were going to do about it. Amazing to me since they are in the business of selling “treasures”, that they don’t even check the jewelry they are working on to see if the stones are still there. In my eyes, they have totally ruined it. Offered nothing else not that I would want anything from them ever.

I had an issue with my wife's ring. At first it seemed as though I was not going to get much help, but the store manager Krysta went to bat for us. Everything was handled very well and I could not be happier. Thanks
