3 days later and my dog has shown major signs of improvement! Cannot thank them enough for a great experience during such a stressful time! I hope I don't need to use this facility anytime in the future but if I do I'm looking forward to seeing Johnny again! :)
They have saved so many of our animals lives from cats to guinea pigs. The staff are so friendly and empathetic. They actually care for your animal and try their best to treat them or at least make them comfortable. They are absolutely phenomenal.
It was very much worth it for me to make the extra 40 minute drive to the animal emergency hospital. Their prices were very reasonable and they were very honest with me about their treatment plan for my dog. Rather than putting her through a whole lot of tests, they gave her a chance to try to respond to treatment first for 48 hours and referred me to my vet if other x-rays would be needed if she was unable to respond. I greatly appreciated this.
Absolutely amazing! Wouldn't go anywhere else ever again! They genuinely care about your pets and you! I have taken multiple pets there and each time they have helped them! They are phenomenal!
Once someone finally talks to you this place is ok. Just came to pick up my cat (all they had to do is hand me my cat) and it was an hour. They are very well staffed and I'm just confused about what's going on. Also all of the techs we talked to didn't seem to know anything and didn't seem to be registered. Pretty frustrating when you yourself are a vet tech and just want the best care for your cat....
We went in over labor day weekend because they were one of the only places that were open. Despite the place being too crowded to sit, the staff handled everyone quickly and professionally. They were clear and upfront about costs and treatment options and kept us informed throughout the entire weekend.
I was referred here a few nights ago when Towson's Pet ER was experiencing computer difficulties. The staff was very friendly and able to see my dog very quickly. While they waited for results from her test, the doctor checked in with me frequently just to let me know how she was doing. That really meant a lot to me!
While I was waiting, the hospital cat, Johnny, kept me a lot of company. He kept coming in the exam room to visit me and steal some snuggles while I was waiting for my dog. He is such a sweetheart and lightened up the mood for me. I just loved him!
