Staples is decent. They usually have a good selection at good prices. However, their best prices require that you get their rebates, which can be a bit of a pain.
When I can't wait on office supplies I go to Staples.
I have been shopping here for years, and generally the service has been superb. This morning was a disappointment. Went to cross compare the price of some lap tops with what Staples had to offer, and the sales associate *(in the tech. department) would not even look up from his computer screen to assist me. Barked out questions as if he was a drill sergeant. Then announced he could not help. Went to Office Depot, and the sales associate took the time to research the items, and inquire with fellow associates. Much more professional and courteous.
