Returned an iPhone otter box case that had the wrong case in the box. The case was for a Samsung device and I was asked to exchange it instead. They didn’t have the original case I wanted and Justin (manager) said he “didn’t feel comfortable” letting me return it. Once they realized there was nothing they could do they let me return it with an attitude. Terrible customer service workers.
I will never ever shop at that store again. Luckily when I called corporate and explained to them they refunded my money back with no problems. I can not believe they allow such a rude person manage their store. I would have had no problem taking the lose if it was my mistake.
I spent 4 hours at Best Buy yesterday during the 50 hour sale. A good part of the time was spent waiting to talk to an associate - no problem they were very busy. The associate was very helpful and i made some choices. He printed out the materials for me so i could make sure the dimensions worked in my house. He assured me the sale price was good thru Sunday. Checked the dimensions everything worked went back the next day and one of the items was on the weekly sale not the 50 hour sale so the price could not be honored. 300 dollar difference and both of the printouts provide me had 50 hour sale prominently displayed. I have been a long time Best Buy supporter no longer. Talked to numerous people in the chain and no satisfaction. Last time for me. This was the Bel Air store but i also called the customer service line so it is corporate.
Worst experience ever. Bought a laptop 4 weeks ago told them that I wanted a multi user office 365. They gave me a one user office 365. I did not realize it till I downloaded it. I went back talked to an associate he recommended me to buy another one user office 365. I went to work to download it realized I could not so contacted Microsoft technical support through email. They told me that I could not activate two personal office 365 under my Microsoft account. So went back the same day with a copy of the email to show them.
Very clean store. Everything well organized. Everyone was very helpful with showing me to items because i had never shopped there before
They called a manager the manager (Jamie) said I could not return it so far I scratched the card license number. I tried to explain to him that this is what the associate recommended me to do and showed him the email that I had from Microsoft. He did not even take the time to look at the email and just was ignorant and said I could not return it and acted like it was my fault.
Not much to say we all know who Best Buy is went in there to look at different phones the apple and then the Samsung two different sales person both of them were pretty knowledgeable which was a relief usually I go in and they don't seem to know what's going on but this time these two individuals were pretty in the ball with knowing the questions to answer
