I like the games and service. They have shiny disk
The service provided by the Manager, Phil and most of his staff has been both professional and customer friendly. Are they perfect? No one is perfect but I could chose to go to many Gamestop stores and this is by far my favorite. I would like to thank Phil for always being willing to help.
This Gamestop is right in the Harford Mall and always has friendly staff ready to help out with anything you need. It's never been a bad experience.
Bought a wii pre owned and the box and associate said the cords and everything was included... Got home and nothing was in the box except for console and two remotes (a pink one when we were told they were white)... Took it back and they replaced it... Went to buy a PlayStation 3 and got home to find out the console was defected and had no color and the back of the PS3 was ripped apart. The had a game adversitied as $19.99 and when they scanned it said $25.00 !! He said it was the wrong price and we went back to find more of the same games advertised the same price..
The store manager, named Phil was grumpy at first. We talked about Pee Wee Herman and he lightened up after awhile. He told me I would look great in some Pokemon tight pants. When I finished blushing and giggling I used my power up points and bought them. He even let me use the store bathroom to change into them! The he clocked out and we went Red Robin. Let's just say the Fries weren't the only thing that was bottomless! I still can't feel my nipples!
