This one is definitely different than the others I've been to! I asked an employee for help matching clothing and got her opinion on what to wear, she went above and beyond to help me. She brought me several different things that would help me match and was so nice about it!
Constant display of incompetence and laziness by the staff. Not allowing me to scan my yes2you rewards, and telling me to use the "white phone" any time I come in. Ridiculous.
Why do you have customer service if you're not willing to service the customers?

The lady today at customer service at 2:12 pm on 9/11 had NO interest in being of any help. I told her I had not received anything in the mail for months. I asked if there was a way to access any valid coupons I'd have had otherwise. She pointed to the white phone. I told her that doesn't help me at all today. She pointed at the white phone.
Friendly helpful staff, always sales and coupons, the best store credit card and rewards cards and by far the best customer service in retail!!!! I love Kohl's!!!
