The BB&B I use is alway a very nice experience. I know what I am looking for before I go in the store. Then just have to pick the won I want after look at the different brands.

They were unable to find an item on their own website, in spite of my having the listing on my phone. I was passed no fewer than 5 associates. Not a pleasant first-time experience for me as a customer.
