Cold Stone is a great place to take your family, or on a date, for a quiet delicious ice cream at an affordable price.
We were supposed to go to starbucks but we saw Cold Stone next door and the ice cream was delicious.
As we ordered our favs this particular store was out of everything!!!! Who runs out of Sweet Cream Ice cream, Chocolate ice Cream, Brownies, and other choices?!!! We were not given any special accommodations or anything?!!! We did get an "I'm Sorry" but not sure we will go back to this store?! We have other ice cream parlors in our area and may chose one of those in the future!
I'm sure the last thing expected on a Tuesday night was a line to the door at 8:45pm. But the staff was polite, generous, and made sure to take care of every guest standing in line. Fantastic service and staff! Even when a guest came in well after close demanding service, they did their best to be kind and cordial. Couldn't leave without saying good job!
The ice cream cakes are excellent, and you can get them customized or buy them pre-made, depending on your preferences. Either way, the ice cream cakes is the best ice cream cake in town and puts Carvel to shame!
Great ice cream, outdoor seating for summer/warm nights, and staff that is extraordinary!
We wanted to visit as a special July 4 celebration weekend treat! We have been here many times before and have been very happy with our ice cream choices and customer service. This time was a big disappointment!
Love this place!! Courteous staff that greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. My only gripe was that it was so busy and there were only two employees working the counter so it took a while to get served. Other then that, everything was great! See you on the next visit!
