The staff made sure the entire transition process was speedy, the rental truck had no issues, and they had all the accessories one would need for moving local on site. My transition went faster than I thought which helped me out alot since I was moving the next day!

I haven't used the storage unit yet so this review is based on first impressions and not longterm usage. "Mike" was the only person on duty shortly before closing time, but he was extremely helpful and professional as he juggled "minding the store" along with showing me around and getting the rental paperwork processed. Mike knew about the business and answered a myriad of questions from me about how the rental worked. The place itself appeared clean and well taken care of with lots of moving carts to help you load up your stuff and drag it to your storage unit. The main office serves also as a retail store for other potential needs such as packing materials, boxes, and locks for the unit you rent or even renting vehicles to help you get your stuff to the storage facility. They employ quite a bit of security features in the building and the hours that you can move your stuff in and out will be very convenient for some of the extensive moving I'm going to be doing. I'm not going to be storing anything valuable in the unit, mainly old papers that I have to go through and destroy, so I'm not too concerned about climate control or environmental features, but just be warned that there are no lights or electricity in the units, which is typically the case for these types of storage units, so you're kind of limited as to what you can actually do in the unit, which is mainly moving stuff in and out. Overall, I was quite pleased with the entire experience of setting up the rental of the unit, and I don't anticipate any really disappointing problems in the future. If I encounter any, I'll present them in my follow-up review regarding the longterm storage experience.
