One of Ray's technicians (Shawn) was equally impressive and came out within 24 hours and was extremely skilled and easy to work with.
Had a unusual roof that needed to be reshingled. Had several contractors come over and take a look, Ray's was the only one that not only answered every question in a way that even I could understand but didn't make me feel like I was taking up there time. Had a competitive price and was very satisfied with the quality of the work. Honestly, I contacted Ray for a new roof on my home in Middle River in 2015, because he came so highly recommended by a friend who hired him in Forest Hill. My roof was very reasonably priced and , and his team also came out to fix an active roof leak at my sister's place within a 24 hour timeframe!
Ray was extremely accommodating despite being so busy, to correct house inspector's findings on roof and siding. His extremely professional and skilled workers went above and beyond and rectified all issues within a week of me contacting him. Exceptional work, extremely fair pricing and great communications. We were very impressed with the work done on our roof which had a leak from the recent storms. The team, led by Shawn, were very skilled and thorough. They spent over 3 hours fixing the problem and guarantee it for a year. Other companies I called were not as impressive and took a long time just to come out for an estimate, and a longer time to schedule to actually do the work. We will definitely use this company again for future work, and I've already recommended them to our family who have a home in Havre de Grace.
** update 2017** This year, I have since hired Ray's for 3 major jobs! A gorgeous roof on my new home in Essex and a much needed carport renovation that transformed it into an open useable outdoor space. Thirdly, a major gutter and downspout overhaul to correct the inadequate original rain management system done by the builders. In each case Ray will give you his honest opinion as if it were his home. Since 2015, Ray's has become my first call for any major repairs and customizations!
