They’ve ruined three of my shirts. I’ve asked them three times to put buttons back on my shirt that their cleaners broke off and they never did it. When they agreed to do it they were going to use the buttons on the bottom of the shirt that were also broken. While they have convenient hours their service is deplorable. The owner of this franchise, Al Holcomb, should be ashamed of the product and service his team is providing.
Cutting the cost of dry cleaning locally. Zips you are awesome. I was beyond excited when you came to Bel Air! Nice staff and thus far I have had no issues.

The staff at this zips location has been very friendly and helpful. My 3 year old loves to use me as his personal paper towel, even if I have on my Sunday best. They were able to get out stains that I thought were impossible. Also you can’t beat their pricing. I am definitely a believer.
By far one of the worst experiences ever. First time using their services and they lose 2 of my shirts. They also gave me 3 shirts that were not mine which I returned. They advised they would look for my shirts and it took 3 months to say they could not locate them. Then paper work was started to reimburse my shirts. It's now been an additional 2 months and nothing has come in the mail as promised. I have spoken to the manager at location and she has been no help. I had to also be the one calling the manager at all times for updates on my shirts because she would not do so. Every time I speak with the manager it seems like she does not want to solve the issue.
