I have been going here for years and have never been dissatisfied. They are conscientious and thorough.
Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! Refused to mend a pair of trouser's unless I had them cleaned! I explained they came with a seam less than perfect and I just removed them from the package and they didn't need to be cleaned. I also offered to pay for the cleaning with out the cleaning. The woman turned away from me while I was speaking and laughed in my face!!???
Offers day service then tells me that it's impossible??? Slightly confused
