Shady shady company. They take astronomical amounts of money for “escrow” of pro rated bills such as water and then never refund the money to the sellers. You have to call them and then they play dumb and act like your the idiot. They took over 10x the amount of a three month bill, when we were there one out of the three months, and then held the money for over 6 months (we still haven’t gotten it back). I would highly recommend using any other company over these slimey people.
They take good care of clients...they pay attention to detail...always make the settlement process a pleasant one. Competitive pricing too.
