State Farm was a few dollars more per month but competitive still, when compared to other quotes. I originally went with State Farm because I valued the good reviews others had to share.
Heather Dodd funded my account with $600 and refuses my calls.
Matt Gardner and his employees are all very helpful and pleasant individuals. Very professional. Gets the job done.
4/19/17 Update: Pam, from a nearby branch was able to decipher just how big of a problem we are having regarding our claim. It is being handled, but was still in limbo regarding rental until today. My accident was on Main Street @ Sunny Day Cafe. Luckily there wasn't a table there like there is today. Our accident would have surely been much much worse. See Pics.
4/20/17 Update: Pam seems to be siding with her boss Heather Dodd. Shawn Jefferson made an aggressive maneuver to end my rental during an ongoing insurance fraud investigation. This was a day before his vacation. Not smart Shawn.
Something doesn't smell right...but let's not run to conclusions.
Possible unauthorized repairs, many uneccesary repairs possibly made.
Stay away from Matt Gardner. Very dishonest guy who cares much more about money than keeping his word. The typical smooth insurance guy who gets to the top through stomping on others. When I challenged him on it he threw me out if his office with total arrogance instead of apologizing.
i canceled my insurance April 3rd because I found a better rate. well April 20 state farm took it upon themselves to go into my account and take $500 for a plan that I canceled 3 weeks ago. I have been calling almost every single day to get my money and they keep saying 7-10 business days to only find out that my refund was never processed. i had to file a complaint with corporate in order for Matt to return my call, and when he did he told more lies. so its now been 60 days and I have yet to receive my money that was unlawfully withdrawn from my account. I will never do business with them again.
Always take good pictures & document everything as you should with any insurance claim.

4/26/2017 Update: Will not let me access 2 out of 3 estimates.
Tivoly is rude every time she answers the phone, today she yelled at me and hung up on me. I will no longer be getting insurance through State Farm because she quoted me a completely different amount than what Austin told me it was when I called in to make a payment. Tamara is the only person I’ve spoken with who has good customer service.
Guess this will end up costing State Farm and I a lot more than it should have.
I have no vehicle now and I wasn't even at FAULT!!!!@!@.
