I haven't even stepped foot in a building yet, and I'm sorry to give this review. 15 minute wait to make an appointment on the phone is highly unacceptable. I had to hang up.
Spent 9 weeks on cancer treatment . As I would walk in the door they always greeted me with my name. If I need to change time it was done with ease. The radiation was like clock work. The nurses were great. I would go back for any treatment here
I like the primary care physician I've been seeing. But appointment availability is poor. Scheduling a month out I expect with a specialist. I can get sooner appointments with a dermatologist. Seems like they are understaffed. Each time I call, I wait on hold for 15-20min. Returning a phone call today was 45 min on hold, 15 min hold for a transfer to the person who called me. Then person who called was unavailable. an hour of my day listening to hold music. Unacceptable.
I have been waiting 1st in the lobby and now is a room for over a hr past my appointment time. Hopeful the doctor will show up soon.
