I managed to schedule one of the three sessions I paid for via the Living Social coupon, and now can't make any additional ones. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls. This business is co-located with Domani Studio.
I'm sorry to have to do this but I feel that I have no other choice. If I could give this business NO STARS I could. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CALLS BACK. I also purchased the laser hair removal...which was a great deal and I really wanted. They are constantly rescheduling and they never get back to you. I have been calling for over a month and have left multiple messages. I understood when you said that you couldn't handle all the business you were getting and I was willing to wait. But there is NO EXCUSE for not getting back to people. I hate to say that this business is awful, irresponsible, incompetent and unprofessional. I spent A LOT of money there and have yet to receive all of my treatments. I am very disappointed. The laser hair therapists are nice and they seem to know what they are doing but when the rest of the staff can't do anything right, it makes them look bad. I live far away so I can't just stop in but I'm running out of ideas. I don't know how I'm going to get my money back but it is illegal for them to take our money and not provide the service. Next stop BBB!. :\
This is a very good place. They have great service. Great pricing. The staff are very professional. I am very happy with the laser hair services. I also am happy with the weight loss services.

I have to completely agree with Carol, it is not slander, it really is the truth. No one ever picks up the phone when you call, and I have had 2 of 3 appointments cancelled and rescheduled on me. The second appointment I went to, I was more than 45 minutes into my drive (I live 1.5 hours away, and coincide my work appointments on the same day I have my appointment here), and I called to say I may be a few minutes late, in which they said "Oh we cancelled all the appointments because the technician had a pipe burst in her house." Normally, I would understand, and understand things like that happen, but I wasn't called! They claimed they didn't have my number saved, but it has happened twice where they couldn't call me (the following time, I called before I left). They kept mixing up my name and number with someone named Puneet, which doesn't make sense as my name is far from it.
I have called time and time again to reschedule my last appointment, but am just now seeking a refund and will get treatment elsewhere. It really isn't worth my time for how disorganized they are.
Serious problems, bad management. They were selling laser hair removal services they could not actually do. Took two weeks to book the appointment as the receptionist wasn't in or they just didn't answer during business hours. Also emailed for an appt. got no response. Waited over a month to get in. Ten minutes before the actual appointment, a receptionist calls to cancel my appointment after I had already driven 40 mins from Baltimore to Bel Air. Was told they didn't actually have the parts needed to do laser removal. Said they could get me in the following week, but I don't fancy being a guinea pig! What were they doing selling vouchers through Living Social for this service when they couldn't even do it?
