My best experience was with the trainer, Irvine. He was patient and showed me how to use the equipment to help with my shoulder exercises. Even when I felt like I couldn't do it, he would give me such positive praise I felt like I could continue.
I enjoyed this location and I always have a great workout they are very close to my home and they're clean and friendly.
This Planet Fitness is a nice atmosphere with pleasant people. I feel a lot more strength than I used to have. This is the cleanest gym I've seen and a great value. I tell everyone I can about how great this PF is.... even my physician. I told her that anyone can improve their health at the Forest Hill PF no matter what their age or level of fitness. My husband and I try to make the Forest Hill PF part of our everyday routine because we feel so much better after coming here!
I went in the afternoon and the place has recently been built but it’s in tip top shape! Definitely would go back!
It's clean. Not overcrowded. I love that there are not trainers walking the floor hounding you with sales. I am happy I switched.
