Friendly staff, very clean. Lots of kettle bells and other equipment for non traditional workouts.
complete ripoff if u ask me - 44 dollars a month and you absolutely HAVE to sign up for a year or more plus a 40 dollar entry fee and the staff isnt even there all the time. oh and i forgot to mention a few things - no free weight benches and one cable machine what a joke go to retro fitness its 20 dollars a month with a ton of free weight benches and its amazing
We love this gym. Less than 5 minutes from our house, extremely clean, well equipped, and the staff are all friendly and understanding to all fitness needs and levels. I would recommend them to anyone. It is not a family style gym so there are no children. It is designed for older teens and adults which enhances the energy and cleanliness. Anytime also offers group classes and trainers. When you sign up you will receive an initial consultation and have a full body assessment test which tells you all that you need to know where your body is (both inside and out) at the starting point to help you achieve your goals. The holidays are coming and resolutions will soon be made...gift certificates make great gifts!
I like this gym because it has more equipment then most, but not my favorite as far as customer service goes.
