Owner is arrogant ass. Guys that work there are clueless.
Unfortunately, very disappointed on this business. They are inconsistent and confusing. If you must use them, make sure to put everything on paper with them.

Most recently, they didn't honor their workmanship or their words with me. They replaced my relay board and "allegedly" the heater on my hot tub a year ago. After less than a year, my hot tub didn't heat again. I called them to come and check it out and they recommended replacing the same two parts again!!! They purchased the parts they replaced a year ago. They don't want to honor any warranty or admit a bad workmanship. I hired another technician from another company and he came and checked and found that the board was bad but the heater was working fine. His diagnosis was that the issue was a workmanship issue as Clearwater installed the board with loose connections which caused the wires in the new panel to arc the board and caused it to be burned. I'm not willing to use them again for any service. Sad!!!

Staff is uninformed and calls manager to help with the simplest of questions yet no solution is ever reached. Went in trying to purchase a sand filter for our 14,000 gallon pool. Left with nothing. Very dissapointed with my experience here. I will not be returning.
I felt very very rushed it seems like he didn't have enough time for me he was worried about other customers I didn't know anything about pools I just felt like I didn't mean much to him
