I keep trying this place but still can't find a recliner I like.
Avoid Lazyboy, shop elsewhere. I purchased a high end (expensive) leather recliner. The dye in the headrest area came off. I now have a burgundy chair with an orange spot the size of a volleyball. Third party fabric care that was a paid option said it was a factory defect and would not even look at it. Lazyboy sent a technician who wanted to charge me for the visit as I am now out of their pathetic warranty period. I called customer service to find that they discontinued the color and have no dye for a DIY repair. They are quick to sell, but customer service does not appear to be in their vocabulary. If you want CS, shop elsewhere and avoid heartburn
My wife and I were in to investigate potential purchase. We recently bought another recliner but my wife has problems with her neck and upper back and that chair caused pain to worsen. Describing our needs Denise Macfarlane helped by showing several options with multiple features that were exactly what we were looking for. We did not want to spend nearly as much as the chair cost but because the chair we selected had everything she needed, we felt the value was worth it. The power options allow her to position the chair and especially the backrest to support her comfort needs. The chair is also the right size for her small frame and does not push her head forward.
Sales staff was pleasant, competant, and helpfull. Lazy boy is better than ever.
