I was reluctant to do business with Ashley’s again due to an experience I had at another one of the stores. I chose the Bel Air store because I was told it was a larger store with a better selection. I worked with Scott who was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about the products. His goal was to ensure we got what worked best for us and what would last. Our delivery was scheduled on the day we wanted and the delivery was on time. The only downside was two pieces of my furniture wouldn’t fit up my stairs. I have to go back and swap the items. This was such a pain for me especially since it was an hour drive for us to get there. This time I worked with Deanna and she too was awesome with assisting me with everything. I was able to make the swap to my pieces and get them delivered by the end of the week. Our items look beautiful in our space and I’m very thankful to the store in Bel Air for showing me that good customer service still exists!!!
Hi, yesterday I went to Ashley Furniture located at 615 Baltimore Pike, in Bel Air, MD. I had a fantastic experience there. I was greeted immediately by a young man named Scott Stewart. He was a very professional, knowledgeable, and personable Sales Associate. He afforded me appropriate time to look around, and came back at the perfect time to see if I had any questions. All of the Associates, to include the Manager, were very pleasant. Even the young lady, Ms Betty, who finalized my transaction, was also very professional and pleasant. I purchased a couch and a recliner, and will be getting more items there. I recommend this store HIGHLY.
The only reason I am even giving two stars is because my salesperson and the delivery guys were wonderful and helpful. The delivery charges, communication about the delivery, phone calls saying my items were ready when they weren't, dates promised, and quality were all so disappointing. I received better from discount furniture stores at better prices. I expected more from this company and was very much let down. I had even expressed my dissatisfaction and the specifics of what happened with the manager and was told nothing could be done (which wasn't accurate). Will never shop here again, which is a shame because my initial experience in store was wonderful.
The customer service here exceeded my expectations. I ordered furniture right after Thanksgiving knowing there was a chance that it would not arrive by Christmas. To my delight, all but one piece of my set was ready yesterday. I scheduled delivery so I'd have something by Christmas morning. Today, the last piece arrived at the warehouse. Linda went above and beyond for me ensuring that piece would also get delivered this weekend. Her constant communication was a reminder to me that great people do exist in this world. Ashley Furniture should be proud of the service she provided. We need more Linda's in the world. Merry Christmas and may 2018 be filled with blessings to you and yours!!!

Fantastic experience. My boyfriend and I basically needed to furnish our entire new place and we chatted with one of the sales associates who was extremely helpful and pretty funny. We even happened in on a day when everything was 60% off, so we were able to get even more than we had planned. We will definitely be returning for any new furniture we need. The living room set we got is beautiful:)
