The food is better then most McDonald's but after 10:30 they took 42 minutes to make my 2 hamburgers. That made me want to walk in and make them myself.
AND managed to ring up our coupons wrong. Smh

I've heard "we don't have [x-item]" more tonight than at any other McDonald's, ever.
Pretty nice as far as fast food goes. They have some ordering machines and the inside was well kept, but the parking lot was a mess
Cleanliness has gone away. Staff is back to preconstuction shenanigans and not really helping customers. Did I mention cleanliness? Store is nasty. Would not recommend for a while 'til they get their acts together.
Cashier in back window was taking an order and on her phone the whole time. I sat for two minutes before honking to get her attention. When she opened the window she was oblivious, 'can I help you?' She asked. Got my food and again everything was cold. My Dbl cheese burger was on a stable bun that had been sitting out for a while after being toasted and the pattys were OLD. Well past the time they should have been thrown out.
Busy at 1 and all my food was cold. Fries overdone AND cold. Chicken nuggets were not fresh, like they'd been up for a while and dry. Drinks overflowing as well, making my car a mess.
It's improving. The new touchscreen ordering is a nice touch. Cleaner that previously.
