We spent over an hour on pricing and arrangements for a cruise which consisted of 8 plus cabins and approximately 20 people. This is/was a over a year ahead of planning for a wedding. The agent ( Mollie Gleason) said she would contact the cruise line the next day to discuss for better pricing, room accommodations and info on wedding on ship. Well to a big surprise the following day the prices went up approximately $1000.00 per person. So bottom line is we were totally discussed and took our business elsewhere. Bottom line is we gave someone an opportunity to do a job and she totally dropped the ball so I won't be one to promote her business. Such poor service.
I used this store a few years ago to book our Disney vacation . They did an amazing job re-booked our trip 3 times every time a better deal came up . A month before our trip Disney had over booked our room and our agent negotiated an up grade to a suite in Animal Kingdom hotel from a mid grade room. I could have never got the deal I did on my own. We are doing another trip to Florida soon and will be using them again.
