Very happy with the pool this summer. You can't beat it for being included in the rent.
The nicest apartment by far we saw for the money - and the nicest people to deal with - the other companies were demanding ridiculous deposits.
Newly renovated but poor construction and detail. Water bills are outrages because they are billed commercial not residential. Rental increases are extremely steep. Parking is an issue. No rodents or bugs, that is about the only good thing going here.
Very good school district 1st of all.
Very pro active management staff, they keep the hallways and parking lots and pool areas nice and neat.
We loved it when we first moved in but quickly realized you don't get anything for the amount of money you pay a month. Neighborhood has gone downhill fast, people hanging outside talking about their drug programs, not sure what background checks they do. Paying $1,300 a month you shouldn't have to worry about if you have a parking spot or not but my fiance and I constantly have to park in the overfill lot and walk to our town home, management expects residents to police the parking. Again, we loved it when we moved in about a year ago but not anymore with increases in rent every year it's cheaper to rent a single family home in the area.
